When writing a detailed paper like this, it is important to remember that you would like someone who knows nothing about the topic to understand and learn from your writing. To do this, you need to make sure that you define new terms and concepts when you introduce them. For example, you talk about PAM, but you do not define it until many sentences after the topic is introduced. This definition should appear when you introduce PAM. Also, you did not define what CRISPR/Cas 9 is in your paper. The explanation that you provided in your notes should be included in your paper and elaborated upon.
