Bob's feedback:
"Your essay raises some important concerns about the limitations of IQ tests. These concerns could be expanded and supported with outside sources to make your arguments even stronger.
Your thesis statement is a little confusing. Do you mean that such tests can be used to assess groups but not individuals? Make sure to clarify.
It is not always clear what point you are making in a given paragraph. For example, you mention that the testing environment needs to be the same for each subject, but then go on to describe how elements of the environment can affect results, and the main thrust of your paper seems to be that such tests simply don't effectively measure intelligence. If you are arguing against the use of IQ tests, why stipulate how they should be administered?
Make sure you have a clear purpose for each paragraph and for the paper overall. Structurally and grammatically, the paper is in great shape, so clarity of purpose will be the main thing you'll want to work on."
