"This paper is off to a great start. The main thing you need to do is clearly communicate the purpose of your essay and then go on to show the reader that you are focused on that purpose throughout your writing. You can do this by making some improvements. First, you need to ensure that your introduction ends with a clear and concise thesis statement. While you have the makings of one, it feels like text needs to be reworked a bit for this to happen. The thesis statement should guide the body of your paper. Your paper also needs to end with a conclusion. The conclusion should summarize the main points you made throughout your essay and relate them to your thesis statement. The content of your paper should be more cohesive. Sometimes there is repetition. Sometimes there is a lack of transitions between ideas. Sometimes the language you use does not make it clear what you are trying to communicate. For the most part, your formatting is excellent. This is important because it does improve reading comprehension and the paper's cohesion. Last, a decent amount of work needs to be done on sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation. Working through these issues will improve the paper significantly."
