"This is an interesting topic. At the end of your first sentence, a better flow would be realized by writing "means of expression" instead of "the way I express myself ... ."

At the end of your second paragraph, a comma is required after "verbally or through body language." You should places quotation marks around "communication" when you write "the term communication." It is poor form to write "and so on." Just write "such as the Spanish or French." In either case, you preceded this with a comma, and you need to close with another.

Starting page 2, "Communications" is neither capitalized nor plural. The first sentence in the first full paragraph on page 2 is confusing. I would write "That messages mean nothing without context is also a truth ... ." The next sentence is incomplete. You should link that and the following sentence.

Note that you employ the Oxford comma inconsistently. Unless specified, you can use it or not, but you should be consistent. You write "additionally" and "also," which is essentially writing "also" twice. The last sentence on page 2 is confusing. What is "remarkable and public speaking?" Your sentence ("As a teacher ...") is long and confusing. You can write that much more simply, and note that you are writing about communication; hence it is doubly important to communicate well."
