In todays trying world having the comfort of an individual who is not only there for you but cares enough to give advice and encouragement along the way is highly beneficial Im not saying that people who are on their own are doomed but the company of a greater influence increases ones confidence Strong work ethic high self-confidence and being independent are all requirements of making it through this tough world alone Unfortunately like myself not everyone possess such qualities and in order to promote ourselves to the next level of life it takes either one specific individual or a group of people to help us Not only did he change my life but my brother Jameson continues to help me cope with everyday short term and long term struggles He has truly shown me what it takes to accomplish everything I set out to do Being a hard headed teenager it wasnt easy for him but I thank him for never giving upGrowing up as a kid Id say I was pretty normal by the worldly standard Playing outside hanging out with friends and annoying my siblings were all a part of my agenda All these things are okay but there comes a certain point in life where such activities should no longer take priority over the important ones Sadly I didnt receive this memo I continued to mess around through elementary middle and even part of high school The thought hey its time to get serous never registered in my head Yes I am ashamed to admit this but its something I have to do in order to move on and become better Im not completely bashing myself here I did maintain a 37 weighted GPA while in high school but I wasnt using my full potential and thats something that upsets me to this day It wasnt until my Jr Year in high school where I finally decided that life as
