Bridget's feedback:
"You engage with the issue sincerely and in detail, generating the paper's ethos of curiosity and exploration. This current draft feels a little conflicted in terms of form and organization, with a lyrical and unhurried first half giving way to a second half that relies on long chunks of quoted material. This imbalance risks suggesting a lack of control over the pacing and purpose, and the proportion of quoted material later in the essay erodes the essay's voice and control over the ideas. I recommend striking a balance between the two current halves, making use of quotations as needed and sparingly while also finding the sweet spot between style and delivery of information. For those quotations you do ultimately keep, check your style guide for examples and advice on formatting long or block quotes."
