"Your reflection is well-organized and has a good sense of depth thanks to your exploration of the broader themes and ideas of the university, of being a student, and of your field, alongside your own personal experience and goals. My main comment is that frequent errors and/or typos (missing words, punctuation or grammar issues) are really impacting readability and clarity. To make sure your reader gets to immediately experience your ideas and message without distractions, make sure to thoroughly edit and proofread. A final note: I found the opening quotation to be confusing at first. After I kept reading, I understood its purpose and I would agree it does fit the point you make. So, if you change it will be up to you. You get the reader on track pretty quickly, but you might risk confusing or distracting them: because there is a well-known name in the quotation (Palin) and because the quotation is the very first thing they see, the reader might come in expecting a different topic altogether. Some options would include using the quote later in the paragraph or finding another quote that does the same work as a hook."
