K's feedback:
"You have clearly stated your main idea and provided information about this topic. However, several sentences are needed to effectively convey this idea. By combining the first few sentences into one, you can create a stronger, more succinct thesis. You do a good job at elaborating on the relevant aspects of exercise but do not provide enough explanation for them to fit logically within the essay's framework. It’s clear that you understand quite a bit about your topic, but some of the facts you cite are not well-connected. Please create stronger transitions between the ideas within the paragraphs to improve the flow of the overall essay. While the opening of your essay was relatively clear, the conclusion seemed a little weak. You should include concluding sentences that summarize your key points. You did not mention the style you were using for this essay. You will want to support some of your statements with citations from the literature. Using references shows that you have a firm grasp of your topic and understand the current research about it. Your formatting for this essay is straight-forward, making it easy to read. While this essay is rather short, there are significant inconsistencies in style and grammar. For example, sometimes "1500 m" is used, and other times "1500 metres" is used. (Please always use a space between the number and the unit: “1500 m” instead of “1500m”.) Some of the sentences are not entirely clear because there are issues with the verb tense."
