Plastic surgery is the best part of being a doctor You get to make persons as they want to be You play to be god for some time the people that had a plastic surgery is because they though that god made a mistake with them and they want to correct that Being plastic surgeon has lots of risks you have to be really careful with what you do otherwise you get in deep problems Have you ever wondered what facial implants like and what are the risks Well plastic surgeons recon tour and reshape the face with facial implants Most implant procedures are preformed in the same day A chin implant is 30 to 60 minute procedure in which the surgeon makes a small cut at the bottom of the lower lip or on the skin under the chin to create a pocket over the jawbone and a implant is inserted For a cheek implant the cut to form the pocket in made in the lower part of the eyelid and the implant is implanted there Some risks are that the patients should expect swelling The time of the swelling will vary it depends on the patient Usually the swelling will last a few days but it can last several months Smiling talking and eating will also be temporary affected but it depends on the place that the implants were placed The serious risks are bleeding infection asymmetry and implants moving its place of alignment If the thing complicates the implants should be removed During the recovery period oral and dental hygiene is required a diet will be assigned and no activities that involves the face getting bumped If the implants are not removed they are permanent Although there are some differences between cosmetic surgery and reconstructive is that the effects may be similar or identical The cosmetic surgery is performed to correct abnormalities of facial or body
