The worst fear of every parent who adopts domestically is that a birth parent will decide he or she wants the child back httpwwwlaurachristiansoncom Should the biological parent have the legal right to take custody of the adopted kids In my defense I think they shouldnt First I dont think the biological parent have that right to get back their kids legally Secondly I believe it may not be the best choice for the kids to go back with their biological parent there must have been a justifiable reason why they were taken in the first place Lastly I think if the kid is old enough they have enough maturity to make a proper decision regarding their residenceI believe the biological parent should not receive legal rights for their child although the court may favor the biological parent For example It doesnt matter whether the adoptive parents believe theyre better parents It doesnt matter whats in the best interest of the child suddenly they decide they love him dearly Adoption laws almost always favor the biological parents httpwwwlaurachristiansoncom The court shouldnt be just feel pity for the biological parents but also think about the adoptive parent before they decide to rip their heart when they decide to give back the child to the birthparents Also The adoptive parents appealed the ruling but the court took no action so today the little boy went to live with his biological mother httpwwwlaurachristiansoncom if the biological parent isnt winning the court will put it aside and let both adoptive and biological parents decide how theyre going to make this workIn my opinion the court needs to check the environmental area and living situations in order to see if the biological parents had a big change For example In order for a judge to give back legal custody to a parent the parent must prove to the judge that there has been a significant change in
