"This is off to a good start, with a solid group of reliable sources and the main facts and ideas on the page. The title/heading forecasts that Flint will be the main topic. However, when the focus shifts to the Warren County case, the reader becomes confused: which one is the main subject of the case study? A clear organization (introduction, thesis statement, paragraphing, transition sentences, topic sentences, conclusion) will create signposts and structure to help the reader differentiate between main ideas, support, and analysis. For this reason, I suggest imposing an obvious structure onto your discussion here. Use paragraphs to show the reader you are moving to a new point, and check in with the reader by reminding them how the new topic relates back to the main purpose. Another step toward a final draft will be a thorough proofread: correct grammar and punctuation ensures the reader can focus on your ideas. And, make sure to properly format your citations. You marked this as an APA6 paper, so you will want to use the author's last name and publication year in the in-text citations and alphabetize the references. Use the APA resource provided by your instructor or a trustworthy online resource like apastyle.apa.org or the Purdue OWL."
