However, a thorough edit is needed to work on your writing conventions. Your paragraph on the Denmark study in particular has numerous verb tense errors, and the long gap between this paragraph and the following one should be deleted. Meanwhile, there are problems with pronoun-antecedent agreement as seen with your use of “it” to refer to “women.” Terms such as “women” and “co-chair” (used to refer to the generic position) should not be capitalized in the middle of a sentence, and your use of the word “pace” needs to be revisited. You have a tendency to overuse the comma, especially before the word “and.”"
