"You successfully provide an overview of the Guadalcanal Campaign, and you end your essay on a strong note by explaining why the campaign was an important part of World War II. However, there are many writing convention errors to address with a thorough edit of the work. For example, words such as “battleship” and “fleet” should not be capitalized, while proper nouns such as “Pacific” should be. In addition, there are typos such as “Peral” instead of “Pearl” and “and” instead of “an.” Consistent use of the serial comma is encouraged in APA for clarity in writing, and review is needed to check your comma use in general since you have a tendency to place commas where they’re not needed. If “n.p.” stands for “no page number,” then note that APA only requires page number citations for direct quotes. Thus, for most of your citations, it would be more appropriate to use “n.d.” for “no date.” Your essay would be easier to read if the first line of each paragraph was indented by half an inch."
