Effect on TV on Children A television is an appliance that every home has inside Everyone views TVs each night When you view a TV there is content that is suitable for children and up to adults Each of the programs that are seen on the TV has some type of violence in each show I think that children should not be allowed to watch TV by themselves A TV can affect the lives of each person that views it Over half of the population views a television each night Diaz Since the 1960s when the TV was created it has had tremendous popularity In todays world TV are made in every single shape so that anywhere people are they can view a television A study done by a local television station said that each American family owns about three TV in each of their households Television stations play about thirty television shows and the rest are commercials that are used to advertise thing on each channel at any given time As each year passes televisions are made more advance to fit every ones needs I believe that children should be supervised when they are viewing a television set When you turn on a TV the first thing that you see and hear about is violence Violence is show on television because that is what attracts people to sit down and view a program Rivera When children are small sixth grade and down they do not know the difference from something that is fictitious or real Almost all of the shows on television have violence When you see violence every day I tends to stick in your mind One case was when a small boy brought a gun to school and shot one of his classmates because he had seen two cartoons on television does the same thing In this case the life of a young person was lost because of a television show
