Envision this world without any problems without significant control politically and economically and then foresee a civilization that all belonged together a civilization that did not have wars practiced the same religion and shared the same ideological views of society The Clash of Civilizations written by Samuel Huntington is based on the post-Cold War era written just after the consequential terrorist attacks on American Soil in 1991 and after the emergence of a prevailing power of America after the defeat of the Soviet Union It is a theory that cultural and religious identities will cause many conflicts globally after the Cold War Huntington writes in response of Francis Fukuyamas book The end of History and the Last Man Huntington believes that prevailing conflicts in the near future will derive from ideologies not shared throughout the world with a vast emergence of civilizations and that the principal hostilities will be triggered by religious and cultural beliefs Political domination and religious indifference have led to the clash of civilization with political elites suppressing their people and westernizing their states However with enhanced separation and integration globally having drastic long-term stigmas over the Iraqi people and thus possibly ending the liberal ideology of democracy and very possibly the last form of human governance With Huntingtons in-depth analysis of particular states he breaks down civilization into six main categories with reasons why civilizations will clash and have clashed throughout history Firstly I will specifically focus on one of the six explanations why civilizations will clash that the differences among civilizations is a very fine line and they are being divided by specific cultural historical traditional and most importantly religious barriers of indifferences We can first assess that the Clash of Civilizations was inevitable and we can also infer that two completely different states would eventually go to war over nationalism suppression andor economic disparity However Huntington believes that Western and Muslim societies have been at war for
