In our life we perceived marriage through our parents people we close to and others We then set up an image of how marriage life is supposed to be and implement it in our life Many people perceive different aspect about marriage through what they have been through and many of the experiences some are good and some are bad For the good case they will be yearning to get marries and have a wonderful life but for the worse case they will lose interest in marriage or reject the idea Also the influences about marriage from the parent are most significantly impact the perception about marriage on their children The ways parent communicate and resolve conflict toward each other is very important Not many couples able to communicate and resolve conflict smoothly so that creates an intense in the situation which effects the children In another word children grow up in the situation that they are unable to be effective in communication skill with their partner so they fail to experience the image of how the marriage supposed to be Through the observation of how our parent communicate with each other it effects our own perception about marriage and we implement our perception throughout our marriage life I was born in Vietnam which is an Asian country that most known to implement the idea of husband is the head of the household and taking care most of the outside work and wife is just mainly taking care of the children In my family it is actually the opposite way back in Vietnam My mother has higher education than my father so she got a very good career at the museum and also a journalist for many newspaper companies Her status is very high so she often taking care most of the payment and also including housework My father education level
