From the sand dunes to black sand beaches and grassy hills were cattleroam and the camping grounds were I spent many summers The fondestmemory of all was hang gliding off of Goliath the gargantuan sand dunetowering up like a skyscraperGliding off in a eagle like glider with wings so wide with two peopleon each glider gracefully flying from the top of the titan dune as thewind just swoops under the wing and sets us free to be bald eaglessoaring into the wind with the peace and serenity mixed with a slightfear of landing in the wrong place was enough to make a grown man wethis jockeys this was the pure and utter felling of being free of justletting go of all youre worries and taking that giant leap of faithfreedom Flying from above you see the wind blowing thru the singleblades of grass and whistling in my ears like smooth jazz the cows freegrazing in the fields with not a thing in the world bothering them All the families sitting around the camp fire with the smell of staleburning wood and marshmallows sizzling away on the twigs they had pickedoff of the scarce trees to over the water were you can see the dolphinsswimming around like song and dance so gracefully the landing and justremain being free the short lived freedom is over and reality has set inlets do it again while Playing a game of king of the hill the gritty andcourse sand squeezed between my toes racing to the top of the mound withmy brother at the top eagerly waitng for my assault up hamburger hill i made it to the top and grabbed the round cylindrical snow saucer and used it as a shield to clash against my brother knocking him off of thetop of the desert like battleground as he tumbles down the side of thehill defeat sets in so he grabs his snow saucer that is trapped acrosshis
