Your introduction meanders without feeling like it's building to a single topic sentence. Work on streamlining it to make sure it introduces your topic and builds to a thesis statement.

Many words are used incorrectly (such as "fulfill" in the first sentence). Be sure to distinguish between "women" (plural) and "woman" (singular).
