Angela's feedback:
"You have a lot of information and analysis to share about the show, but some of your content is repetitive and makes the essay unnecessarily long. The overall organization of the work is also confusing. If the main purpose is to talk about the presence of role models in the show, then it would make sense to provide the definition of a role model early on in the paper and then evaluate whether different characters can serve as role models. There is no need to spend whole paragraphs on giving background information about the show or specific characters. Moreover, Andy shouldn’t be mentioned in your thesis statement if you’re not going to evaluate him as a role model. Whole sentences should not be copied and pasted into different parts of the essay, and review is needed to ensure every sentence ends with a piece of punctuation. A period should come before a closing quotation mark, but no period should be used at all when quoted material appears in the middle of a sentence. Scare quotes are not needed for terms such as “own” and “zinger” because you’re not using them in a novel way. Meanwhile, the title of a TV show should be consistently italicized."
