However, there is little development of the arguments for and against. Specifically, the argument against choosing a major presents two very broad and unsupported scenarios. Consider exploring in-depth what a college career might look like for a student who either chooses a major immediately or waits, and take a look at what the student may be doing and learning in their first year of school if they choose to wait. The conclusion gives a sense that little has been accomplished in the paper. Both the intro and conclusion mention that there are pros and cons, but no solid recommendation is given aside from considering both options. Work on building in support for both options and either take a stance toward one of those options or give a more detailed guide on which types of students they may work for."
