Jim's feedback:
"This paper is written and structured well. Several (mostly) minor issues require attention. A comma splice occurs in the second paragraph (“Two things happen …”). This is the use of a comma to separate what are two sentences. Spaces appear instead of quote marks in several possessive forms, perhaps due to rendering issues. A comma in the first full sentence on page 2 causes confusion and should be deleted. There is an incomplete sentence at the end of the first full paragraph on page 2 (and this is not the only one). This can be corrected by appending it to the previous sentence, separated by a comma. “Noncompliance” is not hyphenated. It is not required to hyphenate “HIV positive,” but it is advised. A question ends with a period, and “amongst,” while correct in British English, should be written as “among” in American English. The writer should consider whether “ambiguity” is the correct word choice on page 3. A hyphen followed by a space should be replaced by an em dash (—), with either no space or one space on each side. The em dash is made with special characters on a PC, or as shift-option-dash on a Macintosh."
