"You do a great job of conveying the importance of overcoming obstacles in order to combat pandemic diseases. Your emphasis on saving as many lives as possible comes across well.

There are a few areas that need some extra attention. You cram a lot of information into the introduction which should simply ease your reader into the topic without getting into too much detail. Likewise, there is no separate conclusion. Several ideas in your last paragraph could be taken out and worked into a standalone conclusion.

When using quotations, avoid repeating what was said in the quote.

Make sure you are presenting accurate information. While it is certainly true that some diseases can return and spread, the Black Death (bubonic plague) is not a good example as it is easily treated with antibiotics in modern times. In contrast, Ebola and Zika are viral infections and thus better examples.

There are several errors in word choice, awkward sentences, and sentence fragments. Be sure to proofread thoroughly."
