Jenn's feedback:
"This paper is off to an excellent start. It is very neatly formatted, which helps with reading comprehension and the cohesiveness of the writing. You also did an excellent job with writing conventions. There are a few errors here and there that you can resolve with a round of proofreading, but you did a fantastic job for the most part. You are off to a great start with the content of the paper, but I noticed a lack of transitions between new ideas and a lack of citations and references. It is crucial that you smoothly transition from one idea to the next so that the reader understands the relationship between different thoughts and concepts. It is also essential to make sure that you cite any information that you obtained from other texts to avoid plagiarism. The aspects that need the most work are your introduction and conclusion. The introduction needs to end with a clear and concise thesis statement that outlines what the reader will find in the body of the paper. The conclusion should summarize the main points you made and relate them to the thesis statement or a broader issue at large. This will make it so that the focus and purpose of your essay are much clearer."
