Have you ever wanted to live in a world that is just perfect Or have you ever pictured yourself in that perfect world in which everyone is the same equality exists hunger is never an issue nor crimes or conflicts and best of all NO BAD MEMORIES If you have ever pictured a world as I described then you might have pictured a utopian world You might be thinking to yourself I would really like to live in that world Where can I find it Who wouldnt want to live in a world like that with no crimes no hunger and no bad memories Well that perfect world might not be as perfect as you imagine it being You might be thinking Well what do you mean It might not be as perfect There is no such thing as a perfect world In the book The Giver a boy named Jonas is living in a world with literally human robots By that I mean that the people living in this world have no feelings no choices no color and worst of all no memories The people in this world live in places called communities the peoples homes are called dwellings and most people dont have a family they have a family unit The only way you can get things is by applying for them like you have to apply for a spouse a child limit up to 2 children releasing and you are assigned a job which they call assignments I would not like to live in a world full of walking robots utopian world for many reasons which I will be revealing as we go along The people who created that community made that community for one reason and one reason only because they wanted sameness Sameness is something in our world thinks they want but dont really know how sameness could change their lives and after they read
