What does it mean to have a balance in life When asked this question to people most of them often do not have a clue Having a balance means to me means that you are able to set challenging demands for your everyday life and are able to meet them There are two major balances in life which you should achieve and each should be given the proper attention and time that it requires Once you are able to find the balance you will find much happiness and meaning in everyday life The first of which would be your family and friends It is very important that you spend time with your family and give them the proper attention that they want and also your friends who will always be there for you when you need emotional support The second major balance is setting a time schedule for work and school If you plan out your day right you will have time for both work and school By being able to balance both time for friends and family and school and work you will be able to set goals for yourself that will keep you busy and maintain the balance in life It is very important in life that you always make time for you family and spend time with them If you miss out on family time then your family members will notice the change and will not be too happy about it As Abby stated in the book Working With Ideas about her family member who was enrolled in college and made too many sacrifices to maintain her 40 gpa She Abbys family member spent all her free time and money on studies when she should have been spending more time with her husband children grandchildren and ailing parents 399 Although Abbys family member was able to keep her grades in excellent terms her family relations were not so good Her family
