"You are off to a good start, and reading this draft, I can see you know how to incorporate and properly cite research to create ethos and enhance your argumentation. I urge you to keep using that strength as you move into the next draft: instead of recourse to dictionary definitions (which enhance but don't necessarily carry the discussion), focus your evidence around your other, more relevant sources.
Part of the above suggestion can entail a bit of reorganization. Instead of opening with the longer definition-based paragraphs, try creating urgency in describing the problem using the anecdotes that come later in the paper. Doing so can help the reader immediately understand what the problem is and why it must be addressed."
