You bring up a lot of great points, and my main recommendation is to next focus on streamlining the organization and argumentation. The overall structure is sound--clear intro, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. However, the first half of the body (why courtesy is important) and the second half (maintaining courtesy) ends up repeating or creating overlapping discussions. Adjusting the body paragraph organization can help target this issue; the reverse outlining technique is a great way to start thinking about structure in this way. As a final note, the writing has a good, natural flow; there are, however, a number of diction issues. A thorough proofread should catch those."
