Introduction We have a lots of urgent global issues that we need to concern nowadays One of that issue which we have to concern is quality and safety of food On my essay I wanted to compare fast foods and home-made foods and disadvantages of bothMain body Nowadays people choose fast food more than home-made food It is a junk food but it is very delicious less time to prepare and cheap Fast food is the best choice for the people who are always busy so they head towards fast food restaurants to save their time and work Fast foods are generally affects badly for peoples health because of bad quality of ingredients that is used For example most of the fast food restaurants consume the cheapest kind of chicken and flour which may cause a potential risk to peoples health We cant forget main drinking called Coca-Cola There is nothing good about this delicious colored sugar water On the other hand home-made food has less attraction than fast food even if it is healthy A reason for this is that home-made food takes of time until its getting ready For instance we can buy favorite food materials from the market Unfortunately you may not find all the ingredients that you need in one supermarket yet you have to look in several groceries until you find all the ingredients After all the ingredients you got and start to cook but we should wait for several hours in order to have a ready home-made meal Home-made food is much healthier than fast food and therefore we can enjoy our meal without thinking of health problems because we choose the food materials and ingredients by ourselves and no additional additivesConclusion Finally I want to say choose home-made food because it is number one as usual Even if you are busy try to eat home-made meal because it is your stomach your body and
