Bob's feedback:
"The real-life examples you give in this essay are excellent, and you avoid dwelling on those examples for too long, but instead pull your reader back to the topic at hand. The organization and focus of this paper are both really good. Still, there are a few areas that could be strengthened to make it even better. The intro paragraph doesn't have a strong thesis, and the main idea seems to be a vague "agreement" with Lamont's essay. Consider stating clearly what your personal take is on the subject. Also, your transitions can be a little rough. (Specifically, the first sentence of the second paragraph does not have a logical flow to it.) It's fine to use more than once sentence for a transition if the idea is complex. Don't feel that you have to rush into your next topic."
