I play Taekwondo since seven years old Taekwondo is a martial art originating in Korea It combines combat and self-defense techniques with sport and exercise I learn many useful kick to protect myself and let my body stronger Although Taekwondo is a martial arts its important point is not teach us how we kick people its important thing is its philosophy It tell me patient is important for life It also teach me how to get along with others In Taekwondo class courtesy is the main point to the Taekwondo spirit It help me to be a polite people After I become a black belt in Taekwondo I have a chance to help my teacher to teach other people in Hong Kong When I become a Taekwondo teacher I learn how to get along with children and let me more mature At my secondary level I got an opportunity to join the Outward bound project In this project my friend and I need to go a four day five night camp In this five day we use canoe to round Sai Kung once We also make the foods by ourselves This camp let me know how to take care to other people and other thing of camping such as how to set up the camp and how to cook food on the beach I think this program is meaningful to me since I learn many things which cant learn in the class in this program In from five year my class teacher recommend me to go to serve the South Asians in Yuen Long Student Ambassador programIn this program other student ambassadors and I design a plan of a series of activities of them to let they can know more about Chinese culture I am the leader of my team I led my team to consider which activities is more suitable for them I believe through this program I become skilled at planning a proper
