I have over six years of experience with children's educational material. However, I started my career at a magazine that focused on comic books, video games, and pop culture so I also have extensive knowledge of and experience with journalism, comic books and manga (which I regularly proofread), and all things pop culture.

I enjoy editing many types of documents. Fiction is always fun, but I also enjoy a good explanatory document. Some of my favorite past assignments have been a travel guide, a book about an art exhibit, poetry anthologies, and of course some really interesting fictional stories.

I enjoy reading everything from articles to novels to comic books. I love live music concerts, museums, and all kinds of cultural fairs. I also enjoy exercise. And I really enjoy cooking shows despite not being a prolific cook. I do, however, like baking for the holidays and learning to pickle things.
