As an editor, I truly enjoy helping students and clients polish their work. I'm a word nerd, so I am meticulous when it comes to ensuring that documents are grammatically correct and error free. My favorite project is always the one that's in my hand, so you can rest assured that whether you have a short essay or a work of longer length, it's getting my full attention. I view myself as a collaborative partner in the editorial process, helping clients with their specific needs for each project. I specialize in Chicago and APA styles, but I also am quite comfortable working with most other citation manuals. I know that references can be a bear, particularly for students, so I am always happy to help with academic works that need a little extra attention in this department.

I have degrees in English and corporate communication, so I can deliver expert-level editing on literature-related works and academic essays as well as most types of business documents.

I enjoy editing all types of documents! I work a lot with academic essays, personal statements, CVs/résumés, and dissertations. I also have experience with fiction and nonfiction/memoir writing.

When I'm not editing, I'm reading, crafting, or watching my son play baseball. :)
